| Do you warrantee your recordings? |
No. My recordings come "As Is". If you don't like how your song sounds, you are more than welcome to have me record a new or updated version; but you will need to pay for each version recorded.
Exceptions:
1. The mp3 has sound issues such as black space, or editing malfunctions.
2. You accidentally delete the file from your e-mail or hard drive.
3. The file is corrupt or incomplete (could happen if there are network issues).
I always listen to the mp3 I'm about to send several times (I'm a perfectionist) before I e-mail it. I have yet to get a single complaint. But if it happens, you'll get a new copy within 48 hours. |
